Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the products delivered.

Article 3 – Price
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
PERROY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 – Order
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
PERROY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with a customer or suspicion of fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

The order is considered final after payment validation.

Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery terms are described in the "Delivery & Returns" section.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.

Article 8 – Defective products
Any defective or damaged product received must be reported as soon as possible.
PERROY may request photographs and the return of the product before any decision on refund or replacement.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantees provided by articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 10 – Liability
PERROY cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.

Article 12 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
