Pinkfire Cocktail Recipe
4 cl pomegranate juice
2 cl raspberry purée (or a few crushed raspberries)
1 cl lime juice
1 cl cane sugar syrup
A splash of sparkling water
A few raspberries and ice cubes
Optional: 4 cl gin for an alcoholic version
Preparation :
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the pomegranate juice, raspberry purée, lime juice and cane sugar syrup.
Add the gin for the alcoholic version.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a glass.
Top with a splash of sparkling water.
