DELIVERY

Delivery is free in France and Europe with no minimum purchase and chargeable for the Rest of the World.

For shipments outside the European Union, prices do not include customs duties or any potential import fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Deliveries to mainland France are handled by UPS (home delivery) or Mondial Relay (relay point delivery).
Deliveries to any other country or French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) are handled by UPS.

Products ordered by the Customer on the Website will be shipped within FIVE (5) business days from the order validation by the Seller.

If the ordered Products have not been shipped within THIRTY (30) days after order validation (excluding personalized Products) for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be canceled upon the Customer’s written request, under the conditions set forth in Articles L 216-2, L216-3, and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code.

Any payments made by the Customer will then be refunded within a maximum of FOURTEEN (14) days from the contract termination date, excluding any additional compensation or deductions.

Deliveries are handled by the carrier mentioned in Article 3.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order. The Customer must ensure that the provided address is accessible and identifiable by the carrier.

Orders are delivered within mainland France within an estimated timeframe of 5 business days from the shipping date.
Orders outside mainland France are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 20 business days from the shipping date.

 

RETURNS

Return costs are covered. All products sold on the website are subject to a "satisfied or refunded" policy, except for special orders placed with the Seller or personalized products requested by the Client.

Unsealed, damaged, soiled, or incomplete products cannot be returned.

In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed by the Client, as they cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from the receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal with the Seller (excluding the products mentioned in Article 7.2), without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, for an exchange or refund. The Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition within FOURTEEN (14) days following the notification of the Client’s withdrawal decision to the Seller.

Products returned outside the withdrawal period are subject to exceptional authorization from the Seller.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

For any product return, the Client must contact our customer service (contact@perroyparfum.com) specifying the order number, and a return label will be sent.

 

REFUND

In the case of a return, only the price of the purchased Product(s) and the delivery fees will be refunded within FOURTEEN (14) days from the receipt by the Seller of the returned Products from the Client, under the conditions outlined in this article. The refund will be processed directly to the payment method used by the Client. In the case of payment with a store credit, the return will result in the issuance of a new store credit. Store credits are non-refundable.
