Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment validation.

Deliveries are handled by:
- Mondial Relay
- UPS
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

- France
- Europe
- Middle East
- Certain African countries

Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:
Returned products must:
- be unused
- be returned in their original condition
- be accompanied by their original packaging
Return shipping costs are covered by PERROY.

Defective or non-conforming products:
In case of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
PERROY may request:
- photographs of the product
- photographs of the package
- the return of the product to verify its conformity
After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Refund:
Refunds are issued via the payment method used during the order within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after validation of the return.
