We deliver worldwide, to the address of your choice or to a picking point in France.

When your order is paid and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier's tracking information.

If you are not satisfied with the perfume, or if you have changed your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging. You will be reimbursed upon receipt of it. Any opened or damaged product cannot be refunded to you. All
promotional gift received with your purchase must also be returned. For any purchase of a 50ml or 100ml Eau de Parfum, you will receive a sample of the perfume ordered so that you can try it several times before opening the product.

Yes you can share your request when confirming your cart.

If a product is defective, you have a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us at the following address: contact@perroyparfum.com and return it to us. Upon receipt of this, we will immediately resend a new product or provide a refund if you wish.

You can write to us at the following address: contact@perroyparfum.com or fill out the form via the Contact tab at the bottom of our home page. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for an email response.

We accept payment by credit card: visa, mastercard, other credit cards and Paypal. You can also pay via Apple Pay from your smartphone.

You will receive with your parcel a voucher code redeemable on the purchase of any 100ml perfume. The evouchers are exclusively valid on our online store.

For any purchase of a 50 or 100ml Eau de Parfum, we add a sample of the scent ordered so that you can try it before opening the product for sale. We also offer you 2 additional samples. If you would like specific references, you can send us the request directly by writing to customer service: contact@perroyparfum.com specifying your order number.
